About the job
We are currently looking for a Subcontractor Coordinator for one of our clients. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for a network of subcontractors and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of their work.
You monitor service quality and KPIs, track costs and claims, provide support with insurance matters, and ensure that commercial agreements and margins are maintained. In addition, you’ll guide new subcontractors through their onboarding process and ensure that the collaboration runs smoothly, both operationally and administratively.
This is a role that offers a great deal of autonomy, as you will be the go-to person within the organization for everything related to subcontractors and charter management.
Job requirements
- You should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in logistics management or experience in the logistics sector.
- You have a good working knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office and other digital tools.
- You are organized, have strong organizational skills, and can set the right priorities.
- You are analytical and have an eye for detail.
- You have good communication skills and are a strong negotiator.
- You think in a problem-solving way and always keep the big picture in mind.
- You are extremely flexible and able to handle stress well.
