About the client

We are seeking an Account Development Manager for one of our clients in the transportation and logistics services sector. In this key commercial role, you will be responsible for building new client relationships and further developing existing partnerships. You combine commercial experience with a strong understanding of logistics services and serve as a vital link between clients and the internal organization

About the job

  • Develop new customers and business opportunities within the Benelux
  • Further develop and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Track quotes, bids, and contract negotiations
  • Advising clients on transportation and logistics solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Actively identifying market trends and commercial opportunities

Job requirements

  • You have at least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the transportation, logistics, freight forwarding, or warehousing industries
  • You have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and thrive on building lasting customer relationships
  • You have strong negotiation skills and are solution-oriented
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English
  • Experience with CRM systems and a good knowledge of Excel are a plus
