About the job
As Production Manager, you will ensure that the daily operations on the production floor run smoothly. You bring structure to the planning, keep the overview and support the team so that work can be done efficiently and safely. You manage a team, ensure good cooperation between different internal teams and coordinate activities. At the same time, you keep a close eye on quality and safety and actively contribute to improvements in processes and working methods.
Job requirements
We are looking for someone with experience in a production or workshop environment who feels at home in a practical, technical setting. You work in a structured way, keep an overview when things get busy and know how to manage people in a clear and motivating way. In addition, you work fluently with digital systems and communicate strongly in both Dutch and English.
