For a strong growing player within automation, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager. The organization is characterized by a culture of cooperation, open communication and autonomy. In Belgium you work within a small, close team with short lines of communication and a lot of responsibility.
About the job
In this role, you will take on the full execution of complex automation projects within logistics. As soon as a project is transferred from sales, you take responsibility for the process from kick-off to delivery and transfer to operations. You are the central point of contact for customer and internal teams and monitor scope, planning and quality throughout the entire project.
You also monitor the financial side of your projects: budgets, margin monitoring, risks and optimizations within the scope.
You work closely with engineering, software, supply chain and production teams and organize workshops and steering committees to steer the project tightly.
Job requirements
– Experience in complex project environments (3PL or automation)
– Strong technical and analytical acumen
– End-to-end project and budget responsibility
– Strong communication to customers and stakeholders
– Hands-on and structured mindset
– Brownfield/greenfield experience is a plus
