About the job
Our client is a stable Belgian family business active in the food industry, with multiple sites and clear ambitions for the future. To support the further professionalization and growth of production, we are looking for a Production Supervisor.
As Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 employees within a production environment. You ensure that everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently and are the first point of contact within your shift. You coach and motivate your team, monitor performance and results and make adjustments where necessary. For technical or operational challenges you take the lead, set priorities and work closely with other departments such as maintenance, quality and logistics. In addition, you actively contribute to a strong safety culture and continuous improvements within production.

- You have experience in a leadership role within production and get energy from mentoring and developing people.
- You are communicatively strong, empathetic and know how to motivate and connect a team.
- Thanks to your technical insight and hands-on mentality, you maintain an overview, even in challenging situations, and make thoughtful decisions.
- Safety, structure and continuous improvement come naturally to you.
