To support their further growth, we are looking for a newly created role of European Inventory Specialist.

About the job

As a European Inventory Specialist, you actively contribute to a reliable and future-oriented supply chain model within an international organization. You play a central role in structuring and optimizing inventory management across multiple European sites and ensure accurate, consistent, and transparent inventory data.

Your analyses and insights not only support efficient inventory management, but also delivery reliability for customers. You form the bridge between data, processes, and operational reality, and help to further professionalize the organization in a context of growth, scaling up, and increasing complexity.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and analyzing stock levels across various European warehouses, with a view to availability and delivery reliability.
  • Detecting discrepancies in inventory data, analyzing causes, and initiating structural improvement measures.
  • Supporting local teams with inventories and stock checks and rolling out uniform working methods and guidelines.
  • Developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and reports in collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, and Compliance.
  • Active participation in optimization projects related to processes, systems, and data quality.
  • In this role, you will report to the Supply Chain Director.

Job requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Inventory Management.
  • You have strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
  • You have an affinity for process improvement, data, and digitization.
  • You have experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
  • You are strong in project management, independent, and results-oriented.
  • You have strong communication skills and are able to connect different stakeholders..
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently.
  • You have a pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a critical eye.
