About the job
As Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for the optimal functioning of Warehouse and Logistics operations. You ensure that goods are received, stored and shipped correctly and on time.
- You will lead a warehouse team of two and ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- You plan and coordinate internal and external flows of goods so that production and deliveries can continue without interruption.
- You will closely monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely recording in the system.
- You will work closely with various internal departments and external partners to coordinate schedules and solve problems.
- You will support the implementation of a new ERP and WMS system and assist in the further digitization of logistics processes.
- You will report directly to the COO and have the opportunity to participate in the further professionalization of warehouse management.
Job requirements
- You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree combined with several years of relevant work experience within Supply Chain, Logistics or Warehousing.
- You are hands-on, have strong organizational skills and know how to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- You have experience with ERP and/or WMS systems and take a critical look at how processes can be improved.
- You get energy from managing projects and providing structure.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and have a good knowledge of English.
