What does the training program look like if I have no experience in recruitment?
Recruitment in itself is not complex, at least not its basics. However, it is in the finer details: those last few percent that make the difference between a solid and a really good recruiter. That is what we at Stroom emphasize. You start with an intensive onboarding and learn from experienced colleagues. You grow in the profession step by step, with plenty of room to ask questions and develop yourself.
Do I have to look for new customers myself?
Consultants who have gained enough knowledge about recruitment, our sectors and the Stroom DNA are given the space to build new client relationships. But, you are never alone. We work together as a team and support each other in every part of the process.
Do you work with targets?
Yes, of course. We work with clear targets per month, quarter and per year, that’s part of recruitment. But at Stroom we don’t believe in cold pressure or exclusion. You are supported to achieve your goals and always remain a full part of the team, even when things are not going so well. Working together and growing are central to us.
What is your work-at-home policy?
A good work-life balance is important to us. Working from home is certainly possible, as long as you agree this with your team. That way we stay in tune with each other and keep the cooperation strong.
