As Logistics Manager you manage a team of warehouse employees and 2 administrative clerks and ensure efficient coordination of all logistics activities, including inventory management, incoming and outgoing goods and contacts with external warehouses and suppliers. You initiate and implement improvement projects, optimize internal processes and work closely with various departments such as sales, marketing and finance. Thanks to your commercial skills, you are able to think along customer and service-oriented and contribute to the further growth of the organization. You set priorities and goals, motivate your team and report directly to the CEO.
– You have at least 5 years of leadership experience in a logistics position.
