We’re currently seeking a Site Manager to lead operations at two new sites for a prominent clothing retail company. These sites are situated in Roermond and Wessem. A Typical Day’s Responsibilities • Oversee all activities at the Roermond and Wessem sites, ensuring accountability and top-notch performance. • Devise and implement multiple operational strategies, aiming to consistently meet or exceed requirements and customer expectations. • Champion LEAN techniques, quality management processes, and cost control methodologies within operations, aligning with company goals, sustained business growth, and lasting customer relationships. • Take charge of surpassing customer metrics, lending support and participation in customer QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). • Assume ultimate responsibility for the development, execution, agreement, and application of all tasks encompassed by the site’s scope of work. • Drive new business acquisition to optimize capacity and enhance turnover/profit. Identify new opportunities and explore avenues with existing clients to boost turnover. • Formulate the site’s annual plan, present progress interim reports to the Business Unit Director, and craft action plans for continuous improvement.
