She gained five years of experience headhunting Finance Management profiles where she was responsible for sourcing, selecting and placing highly qualified candidates, working closely with hiring managers to find the perfect match for open positions. After her time in recruiting, Julie worked for several years as an International Business Developer at a company that develops and manufactures laser technology for surface treatment. This is where she developed her interest in manufacturing environments and expanded her skills in international business and technology. What Julie likes most about her work, both in recruiting and business development, is the opportunity to help people achieve their career goals and contribute to a company’s success.
