They operate in several European countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. They are currently looking for a driven Logistics Planner to join their team in Herentals.
About the job
As a Logistics Planner , you play a crucial role in seamlessly connecting logistics supply and demand. You are the liaison between customers and available freight capacity, managing both procurement and execution to ensure a flawless transportation process. Your responsibilities include managing accounts, coordinating shipments, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining close contact with drivers and customers. In short, you will be the Key Account Manager for your customer portfolio.
Job requirements
You have the following capabilities:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of transport regulations and customs procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems.
- Commercial skills in Dutch, English and French
